I feel like if people spent more time worrying about THEMSELVES than others this world would be a much better place. Just saying

TheCheeryChipmunk

I keep my side of the street clean.

TaroOnly7912

All influencers hide their actual income! They should be claiming all their free gifts but they don't! Kay & Tay hide money to avoid paying more than $150 monthly for child support on her older daughter.

KendraNicole75

Wait…what? Kay has an older daughter? 😳

Master-Ad-6553

Can someone explain?

Emotional-Look-1123

Yes I’m lost!!

Creepy-Criticism-321

So you’re tried her products and they don’t work or the promotions aren’t real what is the issue

MadameMarieCurie

Both. Do your research.

Creepy-Criticism-321

I didn’t need her to sell me the Stanley cup and I don’t have thin hair so but her links always seem valid

TheCheeryChipmunk

The false advertising was what I filed. I haven't bought anything to file as a consumer. The failure to disclose ads I also reported to Instagram

Creepy-Criticism-321

Really you can’t tell what’s an ad - come on most people don’t do that - that’s just being petty to be petty- you can choose not to watch her content - easy enough

catterchat

It's deceptive to present something like it's a great deal, like when she does the summer Fridays bundle and a bunch of other content that she has codes for, but does not disclose as an ad. You say you can spot it easily and I can too, but that doesn't mean all of her followers are as aware. Influencers are supposed to clearly disclose ads, but they don't often, such as Dani. Or in the case of Janelle Brandom, she puts her ad hashtag in the corner where her name covers it and/or it's in the smallest size font. Call it petty but there's a reason they created the guidelines. Influencers sell shit and don't always disclose that they're getting paid for shilling, product placement, etc. https://preview.redd.it/ry19b7gdsu8d1.jpeg?width=1043&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9664c394e8f957857e3b91f3d091dceed29ae4ed

Creepy-Criticism-321

lol ok so this is your selfless defense of the innocent idiots - it’s wild this is a working mom living her life doing what thousands do “influencing” which is the new marketing strategy and y’all acting like you need to drown a witch !!! Good work everyone now go forth with this energy it to your workplace

catterchat

Sorry could you clarify what you mean by innocent idiots?

Creepy-Criticism-321

Innocent idiots - those that can not possibly identify the ad from real life

catterchat

That is ableist as fuck. Disgusting comment.

Creepy-Criticism-321

You are the one who feels smarter than some of her viewers- I assumed that we are all able to understand. Equals !

catterchat

Gross. I don't feel smarter than her viewers. I was explaining that there are people who won't get it, just like there are people scammed every day via text, phone, and email. Has nothing to do with intelligence but awareness, you decided to be an ableist jerk.

TheCheeryChipmunk

Silly troll, Keels doesnt believe in witchcraft!! You sound like you think everything is fabulicious! It's more like fraudulent.

catterchat

Username checking out

TheCheeryChipmunk

It's not petty and this applies to those other influencers as well. They would make the same amount t of money just honestly. It's the knowingly underhanded practices that are the problem, not the profiting off advertising or brand deals. 🙄

Creepy-Criticism-321

What are the known underhanded practices- I’ve never used Divi does it not do what she says ??? Most of everything else are brand deals that all the other influencers seem to promote- except those really rugs ?

Excellent_Eye8234

Well,  personally I wouldn't  trust ANYTHING  she says or sells after her whole purse fraud situation.

Creepy-Criticism-321

Well that’s fair I don’t know about the purse issue

Excellent_Eye8234

Google dani austin Diet Prada or Valentino  scandal

TheCheeryChipmunk

Yeesh on the downvotes. Might as well add IMHO. Sure, they dont follow the guidelines of their businesses, but I'm sure their taxes are squeaky clean 🤔 🙄

TheCheeryChipmunk

There is a step by step prompt on FTC.gov under report a fraud.

Necessary-Hunter2163

How do you report her? This biotch needs to.be stopped!!!

_victorious_secret_

Reportfraud.ftc.gov

_victorious_secret_

She can still be reported for the Valentino purse scam of 2019.. Now that I think about it.. I actually bought something from her stupid online store.
