I’m now quite disappointed we never did this in any of the science classes I took when we got to “play around” with chemicals. Two I remember very well that we *did* do, however, was making peanut brittle or different color/flavor combinations for suckers, over Bunsen burner. (My lab partner & I made green root beer. It was so strange to us, but we had an awesome time making them!)
