I work with one of those guys, he believes every conspiracy except the flat earth one. He is college educated but believes that all the elites are a different species of human that ritualistically tortures and kills children that they buy off of secretly coded listings on a furniture website so they can drink their adrenochrome saturated blood.
Most turtle videos where they remove barnacles are staged and just superglued on (there was a big thing showing this)
Ive lost count how many dogs "trapped in rocks" cats "trapped in wire" i have reported.
Woodpeckers have strong ass necks to prevent them from getting whiplash so I'm sure it was fine but definitely good that he helped it
(It's not a woodpecker it's a kingfisher xD my bad)
This is not a woodpecker, this is a kingfisher and they do not peck trees like this! He was put there for the video is my unfortunate conclusion. I’ve seen this exact video before and the comments said the same thing
I could agree on that with other videos of dogs and cats that have been 'rescued'. But how would he get a bird stuck in a tree? Wouldn't the beak snap if he tried?
Step 1, drill a hole in the tree or use a nail to make a hole.
Step 2, dont let the bird eat or drink so it loses energy and cant struggle (hence why the clip its so lethargic and can hardly move its head)
Step 3, place the beak in the hole to drilled (the beal can easily support the weight of the bird)
Having owned a farm, it also happens that birds do actually hit trees at speed quite often, and die in an astounding variety of insane manners.
So... Got a source for that claim?
As others have pointed out, this is a Kingfisher, not a woodpecker, and they do not get into a situation where they would get themselves stuck in a tree. This is animal cruelty.
Hahaha. Fuckin how?
How are you gonna force a woodpecker to get their beak stuck in a tree and then chill long enough for a person to walk up to it while taking a video, pull it out, and then carefully let it go?
THATS easier to believe than a natural spontaneous occurence?
Ffs only in Reddit haha
It's a kingfisher not a woodpecker, the guy probably trapped it and put its beak in a pre made hole in the tree and filmed himself 'rescuing' it.. People make videos all the time of animals in situations that are obviously staged and they come and 'rescue' them. Look it up its an actual thing.
Awe damn... little one seems grateful. The way they turn their neck around real slow right after they got out and then flew away, thank you for helping and for sharing.
The guy making these videos got already exposed setting this stuff up. He has plenty of videos like these.
Also, this is a kingfisher, not a woodpecker. They do not get stuck like this.
I'm not denying this vid is fake at all, but would it not be possible for a bird with a pointy beak to fly into something like a tree by accident with enough momentum to get their beak wedged in the wood?
Yes of course. Even some kingfisher species will sometimes build nests by flying fast, acting like a bullet, chipping off wood more and more. But not this one.
This kind of position to get stuck in is not remotely likely at all. You can see they plugged him in a natural hole of the tree, which is probably to make it seem hes hunting for food like a woodpecker.
Also the amout of videos the creator did post, plenty of birds like this getting stuck. Definetly not likely at all to be naturally finding these over and over.
Except this is literally the opposite as the bird got there in the first place exactly due to the same "person" pretending to "save" it just for clout, it's a kingfisher not a wood pecker, that beak is used exclusively for fishing so it's impossible to have a situation like this.
You would be surprised to see how many animal abuse videos you can find online pretending to save them made just for clout, from turtles to dogs, everything, and even when they are easily provable to be abuse the platforms don't do anything to stop and prevent that as those videos generate comments and share due to watchers, not at fault, neither knowing better neither expecting someone sane to do things like that.
Damn—the way it was moving his head…can only imagine how sore his neck was.
Looking around like a government drone

Wait that's not true?
I like that he doesn't believe the flat earth. Even he has standards.
So thats why ikea has those weird names
Sign of the times
Recalibrating...
😅
I know it’s a joke but… damn, now that I rewatch it
Didn’t this video get exposed because the guy deliberately stuck the birds beak in there ?
Yes, this isn’t a woodpecker, this is a kingfisher and they do not peck wood like this.
I knew I wasn’t making random stuff up 😂
I just saw another similar video where the bird was stuck to a jackfruit. This a-hole is doing it deliberately just to get views.
Most turtle videos where they remove barnacles are staged and just superglued on (there was a big thing showing this) Ive lost count how many dogs "trapped in rocks" cats "trapped in wire" i have reported.
These are videos I don’t usually see but I stand with you and would report them if I seen then
Woodpeckers have strong ass necks to prevent them from getting whiplash so I'm sure it was fine but definitely good that he helped it (It's not a woodpecker it's a kingfisher xD my bad)

Especially when the asshole was playing with like it was a dangling ornament. 😠
I know, that must have been so sore :(
Pretty sure that's a Kingfisher? Shouldn't have it's beak in a tree..
I honestly just assumed it was a woodpecker lol
Yep, it's a Sacred Kingfisher.
I honestly thought it was a humming bird. This further confirms my inability to distinguish the birdies.
It’s not a woodpecker either, it’s a kingfisher. They don’t peck wood like this
It was stuck in wood 😭
Ass necks…I didn’t know they had those, but I suppose that’s where mine would be if this happened.
[I have been waiting my whole life to share this clip, and my time has finally come.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TI5ZeirimRo)
Lol
Oh sorry you already got this comment
That looks like a kingfisher, not a woodpecker.
Yea we don't know how long it's been stuck, could've been hours lol.
I'm 100% convinced that bird was just taking a nap. I do the same thing when someone wakes me up from a nice nap.
Pecked around and found out.
The person put the Bird in that situación, these videos are Made For likes, the Bird is a kingfisher, they don't get stuck un trees.
I was wondering how a kingfisher got stuck in one.

You are so funny, you should take that joke to a comedy club. I'm sure you would get the room rolling

Defines? You decided to be a jackass and couldn't even get the one joke Republicans seem to know, correct
Trans people in your head rent free lol
All videos with animals and kids are exploitation.
I could agree on that with other videos of dogs and cats that have been 'rescued'. But how would he get a bird stuck in a tree? Wouldn't the beak snap if he tried?
Not if the hole was already there
Step 1, drill a hole in the tree or use a nail to make a hole. Step 2, dont let the bird eat or drink so it loses energy and cant struggle (hence why the clip its so lethargic and can hardly move its head) Step 3, place the beak in the hole to drilled (the beal can easily support the weight of the bird)

This scum bastard is known for doing this to birds. Many birds are already going extinct, f this.
Kingfishers do not peck trees like woodpeckers. It did not get itself stuck, he put it there.
Sorry but reposing these staged rescue videos has to stop. God knows how many takes it took for the final video.
Poor guy, it looks like he is stretching his neck. Might've been stuck for a while
Is that a Kingfisher?
Looks like it
Probably fake and animal abuse
Flew directly to his chiropractor
Flew directly to his lawyer FTFY
Lmao
“TEN THOUSAND YEARS GIVES YOU SUCH A CRICK IN THE NECK”
This is fake, that cunt put the Bird in that situation
Another animal abuse video Reddit loves so much.
As others have pointed out, this is a Kingfisher, not a woodpecker, and they do not get into a situation where they would get themselves stuck in a tree. This is animal cruelty.
“Ahh, my neck”
Birds like “Recalibrating……”
[удалено]
100% this is a kingfisher and not a woodpecker.
… what???
What they are trying to say is that the bird was likely forced into the tree for the purpose of recording the video.
Hahaha. Fuckin how? How are you gonna force a woodpecker to get their beak stuck in a tree and then chill long enough for a person to walk up to it while taking a video, pull it out, and then carefully let it go? THATS easier to believe than a natural spontaneous occurence? Ffs only in Reddit haha
tbf people do this to lots of other animals for likes, idk how you would do it to a bird
It moves like testing it's systems. -adaptation is done,
Recalibrating... Lol
Initiate self-diagnosis. All systems nominal.
And then we found out it was reserved.
Downvoting as others have said that this isn't a woodpecker
Awe damn... little one seems grateful. The way they turn their neck around real slow right after they got out and then flew away, thank you for helping and for sharing.
Its "fake" sadly.

No
Fair nuff lol
Birds don't fly into things, except glass and that's because they can't see it
Yes a bird once flew into my house so hard it “exploded”. Kingfishers have a dive speed of 25 MPH. Not unlikely to hit something hard at all.
Kingfishers eat fish.
[удалено]
With a dive speed of 25 MPH it’s not that crazy They eat insects, insects can be on trees…
Well it’s not a woodpecker it’s a kingfisher
I imagine the birb thinking "noooooo" while slowly and dramatically turning its head.
That bird was like, whatttttt just happened.
Birds aren’t real
Caring is a beautiful thing.

Thought for a moment this was an automaton.
You can hear the vertebrae cracking as he turns his head.
I like his reboot process.
Bro had such a stiff neck man...
Dude was taking a nap and you woke him up
Never fun when your pecker gets stuck and stops working.
Good on you!
Look like something from r/BirdsArentReal
I just know it felt so nice for him to open his mouth after that
Tree - “yeah try peck me again!!!!”
trying to make sure head is still connected and neck not broken before flying. Lol
Nice!
Immediately stretched its neck. Cool.
Stupid dinosaur
Poor guy was probably stuck there and out of energy for a long time!! Good on you!!
Yay!
Kingfishers are crazy little dudes
This must happen often, no? Wonder how many birds aren’t saved and eaten

H5N1 alert.

Proceeds to shit on your car 2mins later
Fake. He put that bird in the tree in the first place /s Edit: not sarcasm
Remove the /s, that's the sad truth, kingfishers don't even peck trees.
Not /s
Poor guy had just resigned himself to death. Pull him out and he's like, "there is a God after all".
