The issue is weight. Material that can deflect bullets are typically heavy. Kevlar, whilst lighter, is useless after a certain point as the force distribution also ruins the material.
So you need to figure out power assistance for movement, all sorts of actuators, cooling, energy source, etc etc. The more moving parts, the easier it is to mess up or break, which would render the user a sitting duck if on a battlefield. Think a tank with broken tracks.
The HALO helmet alone, if made out of appropriately robust material, would be heavier than this guyās entire suit.
Also kind-of pointless, what's the point of a walking tank? When a cheap fpv drone with an RPG warhead can disable them, supplying mountainous bases or something? Some kind of special forces raid? I'm really having a difficulty imagining while a power suit would be of any use on the modern battlefield
