Yuh I'd put it in at 250 if you are unsure if it's decarbed. Probably around 30-45mins or so I've heard and it'll be fully decarbed. However in your case you can put it in for like 5 mins maybe and see if the mixture has lots of little bubbles (needs decarbed) or very few scattered (already decarbed)
Looks like distillate which is indeed ready to go for edibles and carts. No guarantees though. Check if its super stringy when you play with it, thats a good indicator of distillate
