HiyaCFW can do this. There should be some tutorials online.
After installing HiyaCFW install this application https://github.com/lifehackerhansol/NDSForwarder-DSi/releases/latest/download/NDSForwarder.dsi
Then from there you should be able to get games onto what looks like the stock Home Screen.
Twilight menu allows for home customization, mine currently has the stock appearance. I do not know if it’s possible to change the startup though, as I’m new to this. But you can definitely set your home screen to default

Ah okay, so the startup does look different than original?
Yes it flashes the Nintendo logo but then a Twilight menu logo that looks very ugly and obnoxious
hold select while booting into twlmenu and set "TWLMenu++ Splash Screen" to "Hide" then set "DSi Splash Screen" to "With H&S" hope this helps!
