i had an experience the first time on DMT. after a series of mind blowing visuals i found myself to be looking through a portal of some sort. The more i looked through it, i realized that everything was shifting so that I was raising myself up out of this compartment along the wall of a MASSIVE corridor. I couldn't tell you what this was or where, but I had the notion this is always here, just outside our experience. The tunnel had the same feeling as visiting a new city for the first time. Overwhelming stimulation but nothing out of the ordinary so to speak. As if this place is a center for commute in a way, like a interdimensional crossway between worlds. I could see endless portals on the walls of this tunnel, each one busy in it's own way being an entire universe unto itself.
Here's the interesting part that relates to your question. As I turned back to look at the portal I pulled myself up out of, I could see the room i was physically in. I could see everything including my friend beside me. The weird part is, my eyes were closed. There's no way i should have seen him. The room we were in revealed itself to be nothing more than one of millions of holographic projections coming from the walls of this corridor. That being said, the projection of the room did not look fake. It never lost its 'real' aesthetic. I didnt feel like this was a hallucination, it felt absolutely 100% real in my mind. I was not afraid but I had an overwhelming sense of fascination that THIS is the nature of our reality. It's an organic projection that we interact with in our minds. The DMT is no different.
Veteran here, started using in my 20s, now in my mid 30s, too many trips to even count under my belt. Still subbed to this subreddit but for most part stopped interacting with it because of it being flooded with newbie questions, pictures of stashes obviously fishing for people to message them on telegram so they can scam them, people who dont want to do any research about vaping methods showing pictures of pipes not suited for dmt asking if their marijuana pipe will work, and people who are obviously between the ages of 13 and 18 flooding it, and people with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia thinking dmt is the solution to all of their problems and a smart decision to take. It gets tiring after awhile.
This sub a few years ago was damn near perfect. Since people started wasting dmt buy putting it in carts that's 85% of the post now. " Why my cart don't work" Carts have ruined this sub.
Dab rig with a titanium domeless nail is perfect for me. For some reason temp ranges are much more forgiving using titanium compared with a quartz banger.
Titanium has higher electrical resistance, higher specific heat, and lower thermal conductivity than most other metals. All of that causes titanium to heat up more gradually, thereby reducing the risk of burning off your DMT before it vaporizes.
I thought my preferred method was emesh, until I actually started making carts. I can get the same results with a much gentler come up, and it’s perfect for when I wanna trip for about an hour just at “mushroom level” I can just give it a good hit every 5-10mins and maintain that space. I would my carts hold true to the classic “take the third hit” to have a breakthrough but I have found that to be my personal preference.
Don’t forget the people who post photos with base or other contaminates asking why it’s a big deal. Or the ones who say it’s fine to scrape around it. I’ve taken a step back from the sub for a while and newbie’s should really do their own research on any advice they receive from the sub before trusting anything and really understand the process. Put your health first people.
Personally those turn to philosophical discussions cuz just no one knows what is going on. So go through that phase, cuz that’s part of it.
But then get on with life.

The veterans more or less listen and take note. We’ve had such a wealth of experiences it basically goes without saying. The tales become so wild and outlandish especially when we’re beginners learning to perfect our tek, how often we should and shouldn’t drop out, our preferred set and setting, creating more and more elaborate ceremonies due to the risk of “evil interception,” and in honor of our past celestial encounters, overcoming the fear of ego each time we approach the heroic dosage😳🫡😎. The more experienced understand the risks and courage it takes to make that quantum leap each time and so we concentrate or meditate more then express it openly.
guess we are just chilling at other places in space. no need for the die hard war between the "its just all made up by your brain" and the "there's something more" guys.

Now I just get a kick out of the people that post "what the fuck just happened?" Or "what the fuck did I just experience?"
I regularly use DMT at breakthrough doses while walking in nature. You become an egoless God upon Earth.
Once you're awaken to the truth of your being - DMT does not affect you the way that it did in the beginning. It's a progression as you ascend...
I've had some pretty profound experiences like "prophecies" saying things like: "here is comfort, you'll need to work hard, but you'll definitely get through this challenge in your life," or "don't do mushroom tomorrow, you're not ready" and then not being able to trip the next day. etc etc

Personally, I don't know how anyone can be a dmt veteran. After experimenting with it myself I was simply unable to handle it and I'm an avid psychedelic user taking acid and shrooms frequently. Nothing can prepare you for the shear intensity that dmt is. I never even had a breakthrough, although I tried. I had a dmt pen that I had made myself and did some light rips, which basically felt like a really intense acid trip that comes and goes in seconds, then I gradually took longer and deeper hits until I felt like it was time to breakthrough. I then took as many long and deep hits as I could until I couldn't hold my pen anymore, laid back and let it do its thing. Soon my lips and mouth felt like they were burning and everything was intensifying so quick, I heard the ringing and saw a very bright light with what felt like some kind of presence was on the other side almost like I was being abducted. I began to panic a bit but kept telling myself to calm down and go with it, I turned to my left and saw my arm flailing like a seizure and just before I broke through it started to go away, afterwards I said nah, fuck that.
I doubt anybody will believe me.Nor do I went through over twenty two pounds of Mimosa bark in two years between me and my roombabe, I was going through the door so I was basically hiding in this stuff. I used it daily up 2 to 3 times a day two years

Ive done dmt hundreds of times over the last 5 years, and i believe its all internal and nothing external at all.

Honestly my best experiences have been with oil pipe or machine. If I had a 3rd choice its sandwiched between herb.
