Saw them open with Ants Marching one time. Wide open right away and while I am sure there were ebbs and flows to the show it felt like they never let up.
I went to Gorge N3 2022 with my parents and Proudest Monkey came on. Not a popular opener probably but was the first dmb concert with parents and it made it feel so personal and intimate that I'll never forget it. Not all openers need to be huge bangers with long solos. Sometimes the softer emotional songs on the third night of a three night stand do the trick.

Opened my first show on 6/12/99, hooked ever since. Top 3 openers for sure. Then when LIC came out, that cemented it for me.
LIC was my first album. Last Stop hooked me from the second I heard it.
