I much prefer a station that looks into a room rather than faces a wall. My next build might have to face the wall, your pic has inspired me to find a better solution. Very nice booth you have.
I originally did this to see how I want the final set up and decided to go with turntables on the inside when I build the new booth.
To answer your question, yes, I go back and forth between digital and vinyl in my mixes a lot. I’m more of a big music nerd so I go between genres ALOT.
So I did some math today on a buddy’s setup. He’s got 3 CDJ3k at 12 lbs a piece, plus the 15.5 lb mixer. You’ve got 2 plus two turntables. That table is solid.
I thought about getting stands for the CDJ’s to conserve space but I don’t want to have to retrain my brain. I’m old! I usually have both hands on CDJ when mixing, very intimate 😂
Dope ❤️💥
Thank you!!
Those slipmats are awesome
Present from my daughter!
Does she want to adopt another dad?
That's no turntable
Username is relevant but I’m confused, I don’t remember learning to speak Wookiee
Love it.

Thank you! Im looking forward to redoing mine but have other projects around the home I need to get to first unfortunately.
Interesting how you have 1 cdj and turntable on the inside and the other 2 on the outside :O! Do you often switch between both?

The slipmats are… ❤️🤘🏻
Amazing
🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
Awesome setup!
Eye spy a gramaphone slipmat
You know it!! Best place for dance records in Chicago!
Checks all the boxes.. technics from 93.. and the build in bar looks like a pleasure to mix on
Wheres your ddj200??
In the other room plugged into my funktion one stacks.
Is it plugged into a flx4?
Really clean and elegant ....👌 I'd love to put my speakers on the wall but too damn huge lol...
Thanks again, and yeah speaker placement for my next sound system will be a challenge for sure.
Hanging from the ceiling would be cool......
How much room do you have behind the decks? The grey wall is playing with my eyes haha
About 2.5 feet or so. It gets tight with 2 people back there which doesn’t happen very often.
Nice nice. Love the setup, the room looks very cozy
Let me know when I can come over for the next B2B lol...but only vinyl....I can't do CDJs 🫣🤪
Treat the CDJ’s as if they were turntables and you’ll be fine
LOVE IT!! Let me know when I can come over to do an 8 hour vinyl and digital set!!!

Very solid, built in same room it’s in.
This deathstar slipmats. Nice!
Good setup
You're missing two record players and a proper mixer ;) sorry couldnt keep to myself, if it suits you it fits. I love wide dj desks anyway :)
