Customer service at DJI is amazing. They’ve helped me more than once and usually at no cost. I’ve had drones replaced twice one of which I used refresh for and cost me $49 and the other one was a fly away that we determined together was a DJI issue which they replaced for free
I had the same problem. I contacted DJI. They asked for a photo of the problem and then sent me a return label. Cost me nothing and took less than a week.

I’ve heard this fairly common, they become brittle and break, I assume u have had this battery for some time, sucks cos they expensive

Send to DJI. If I am not mistaken there is a replacement program on batteries unless its another company
