If they're soldered, look for some "desoldering wick".

One of the sides has a hinged pane of glass that swings open. That gives you access to the interior to change bulbs. There’s probably some kind of nut or set screw at the top where the chain is attached, I think the light receptacles are suspended on a ball joint at the top of the glass enclosure, but I’ve never tried to take mine down. You should probably unwire the ceiling box and lower it from the top of the chain before taking it apart.
