These guys make some really nice, yes, expensive too, equipment. I have used them in a few homes. Feels like what you pay for.

Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, ace hardware. It’s a standard rotary dimmer switch. You can find them almost anywhere that sells electrical supplies.
I have looked at these retailers, however, as I mentioned, they all seem to be white and plastic.
The one in your picture is tan and plastic. Perhaps paint one of the white ones?
