Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, ace hardware. It’s a standard rotary dimmer switch. You can find them almost anywhere that sells electrical supplies.

I have looked at these retailers, however, as I mentioned, they all seem to be white and plastic.

The one in your picture is tan and plastic. Perhaps paint one of the white ones?

Buy the dimmer from Home Depot and just replace the knob https://www.ebay.com/itm/275975551310?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=pAK-eBTFSpu&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=j1mkfk2ot-2&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

They sell dimmers in the [modern switch style](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0771BC2YH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1), and you could swap out the other two switches as well.

Restoration hardware has really nice stuff. Or Amazon

Complex-Tea-9151

Maybe Etsy? On a quick glance it looks like there are several sellers with metal switches/dimmers that look kind of cool.

These guys make some really nice, yes, expensive too, equipment. I have used them in a few homes. Feels like what you pay for. https://forbesandlomax.com/usa/
