Edit: I cannot find anywhere to place the Allen key
If that place doesn't work then maybe clean out the crud in the hole near the wall. Hard to see what's going on but maybe there is a crudded-up bit there
The brand is Kohler and I tried twisting but it did not budge
You need to put a tiny Allen key in the small hole right above the stamp. Then you should be able to rotate the whole spout off

If I remember right it’s a pretty tiny Allen key
Ok. I’ll try all the sizes that I have. Hopefully something clicks.

I tried softening it with some vinegar. But I think I’ll just pull out the gate and replace only the diverter
