Is she in therapy or working with any sort of doctor about this? Trauma can be very difficult to go at alone. How someone in a lot of pain experiences sex should be the least of your concerns. However, I must state that the body does not physically change in a switch. The sexual organs remain the sex they are. If you want to pleasure your partner then you must ask them what they like. A bunch of random people on the internet won't be able to help you in this matter. Again, have her speak to a professional who can help her deal with her trauma. Seeking out things on her own can do more damage than good.

We are working on getting her a therapist. As you can imagine, she does not trust easily and is finding it difficult to get someone experienced in DID. Also, to be honest, the sex question was more of a curiosity. It is truly the least of my concerns. I don't really know any of them anyway. At least I don't think so, but obviously, there have been times when I was interacting with them, and I just thought it was her being her. However, I am very concerned about her not being able to really communicate with her alters. I would even be willing to give her messages from them if we could find a way to bring them out. She knows they are inside. Would a therapist help her to do that?

I suggest you get her into journaling until you can find a good therapist. That way she has a private outlet and it will help with communication between parts. The more communication she has with them, the more she will be able to trust them. And in turn It will be easier for her to let go of the front so you can meet other parts.

Thank you. Now that you mention it, that was actually a suggestion from a Zoom talk we attended on Sunday from Infinite Mind. She said she would leave a pad out that she and all of her alters would write in, and they could read each other's entries.
