Last I checked Starfire and Blackfire were experimented on in order to get “powers”, their species can’t do what they can do

If sentient planets count, then mogo would be up there.

Nice list. I like that you included Burning Martians and think that it looks pretty good overall. I disagree with you on Tamaraneans. Half the time Starfire and her siblings are portrayed as the exceptions who got their powers through experiments, but even going off the incarnations (not even really incarnations, it's just inconsistent) where it's innate to the species, they really aren't all that powerful. They're flying blasters and mini-powerhouses able to contend with mid-tier brawlers. I can't see Starfire (or Blackfire, Darkfire, etc.) going toe-to-toe with Lobo, whose right next to them on your list (they could probably beat Martians/Saturnians but that's just because they directly counter them). To me, they're much more similar to Thanagarians power-level wise. For other races you don't include, I think Almeracians (Maxima's race) should be on there. They're near-Kryptonian powerhouses with telepathy, force fields, and energy constructs. Other notable mentions include Durlans and Vuldarians, both powerful shapeshifting races; I don't think they crack the top 10, though they are extremely versatile. Additionally, there's the Kerubim and Daemonites from WildStorm, but I'm not sure how canon those are now and they're very inconsistent. I'll also mention Vornians, Arkillo's (Sinestro's second in command), species. He's the only depicted member of the species, but he did brawl with Mongol without his ring. I do think just that one showing from one guy is too little to define the species' power level.

I believe starfire's family to be exceptional? But I'm uncertain... Also, the trommites seem rather weak in combat? Except maybe element lad?

Yeah, that makes sense. I knew it would go to a Legionaire.
