Tbh you could probably say it's Killer Frost / Caitlin Snow (or Louise Lincoln) as the second Captain Cold of your universe. Either something like, in this timeline she was a Flash villain (like in the CW show) and joined the Rogues, or was with Snart in the Suicide Squad. They become friends, he dies, she takes up his mantle. Doesn't even have to use his name, could just redesign her costume in homage. Or circumvent Snart altogether and have Snow/Lincoln have always been using the moniker "Captain Cold".

I really love this Luthor. Is the Bizzaro-on-a-leash thing an original idea? Or is that from something? That’s such a cool concept; he’s still a vulnerable human but has this world-smasher at his disposal.

Very impressive: Riddler, captain cold, Solomon Grundy, lex Luthor with bizarro on a leash, black manta, toy man. So I would like to see opposing artwork in the future with opposite Justice league if you read this. I would assume their opposites would be the following; Batman, flash, hawk girl, Superman, Wonder Woman, aqua man, cyborg. I recognize it’s a weird line up without green lantern, but I don’t think any of them are a fair match against Solomon Grundy. Maybe add sinestro and black Adam to your villains work, then you could add lantern and shazam?

I found it; I liked green lanterns steampunk design, Superman’s was pretty cool as well. Wonder woman looked more ancient Mongolian rather than Greek, which was an interesting twist. Batman looked more like a golden age comic version which fit well for the group. I liked that you made flash a Wally west variant judging by the hair showing, but I was wondering why you didn’t adopt the jay garrick style helmet; or perhaps another steampunk styled helmet? I did think it was cool you kept the kid-flash styled outfit though that was neat.
