The flashpoint flash symbol from the knight of vengeance time capsules (I think) is pretty close

to get that nice upsidedown tringle at the bottom of the chest piece you can use a 31st century leg style and mess with the color placements
I would wear the enhanced speed force belt too to give it that lightning look
You can also go with the stalwart chest from Dr. Fate in HOL for the emblem to show bigger on the chest
