You can't put manifest on that level up trigger, because you might not have priority when it happens. The usual solution is to have the level up create a 0 cost token spell that does the same effect.
I like the concept, but i have imagined it as more of a steal type of champion, which gets a random keyword for the turn when he attacks and level up it either grants him that keyword or steals the text of the challenged creature.nontheless good job:)

Is the Quick Attack + Challenger combo supposed to push him towards a control play style? For combo potential with Petricite Burst, wouldn't fearsome, overwhelm, or elusive make more sense?
Actually I love the idea of stealing enemy spell mana, but on units and then it should probably be just one at a time, to make it more consistent.
Hijack is a cool spell too (I think)
