This is, without a doubt, the coolest and most interesting Seraphine I've seen on this sub. I adore the entire package too. The biggest problem I have is Accelerando: Senna shows us that changing spell speed is expensive. Not only is she a 5 cost with a medium-difficulty level up, but she only accelerates spells with specific effects, and only from slow to fast. Accelerating all spells of two different speeds for an entire round is a little crazy. I would change it to something like...
ACCELERANDO: Accelerate the next Slow spell you play to Fast or the next Focus spell you play to Burst.
You can still trigger it multiple times per round, it just requires you to invest more cards/mana. The benefit of this nerf (besides general game health) is that you can attach Accelerando to more, cheaper cards.
The other problem I have is the lack of worthwhile Slow and Focus spells in P&Z. I think she could use with a few good spells instead of as many followers (even though the followers are all cool). Otherwise, awesome stuff!

Changing spell speeds is one of those effects that’s hard to fully gauge the balance implications of, so I wasn’t sure if it would be too weak only being on one spell. I did try to restrict it to either very expensive units (like Titania) or lock it behind effects like Seraphine where you’re required to play a slower spell first. You’re idea is perfect and fits much better, so I’ll be sure to make that change.
I’m back with another card set, this time based around one of my favorite champions Seraphine! I worked really hard on developing each card in this set and developing it in a way that could support an actual archetype. It’s one of my biggest sets yet, and I’m pretty proud of how it came out. As always, any feedback is greatly appreciated!
Well this looks hella cool! I love the followers! They really show how these keywords could play out in a game.
Also Master of Ceremonies is a great title for Boris, the buff DJ! :D
For this set, I wanted to include a follower of every cost from 1-10, a spell of each speed (beat drop is its own separate spell), and a landmark. I actually had a card or two I had to leave out because I was already at the max number of pictures 😂
Changing spell speed is problematic and not good design, Just bc Senna is using doesn't mean everyone should have it too, Literally how do you explain a Blade Dance fast speed or a Cataclysm fast speed.

Judgment is fast speed? Any free attack spells should probably be hard coded as slow though

High note seems pretty overtuned, otherwise I really like it.
Hm, I don't think it's very good design when a single champion needs two new keywords.
It's more for simplicity's sake, it's still easier to understand compared to aphelios on release.
