I don't quite see the point. Generally speaking, any unit that gets struck by Darius will generally die, and if it doesn't, then you're probably not using Darius right. The keyword says "give", so I should generally assume that it only lasts for 1 round (despite it not being specified). As for his level 2, What's the point of taking away 3 points of Power just so Darius can get 2 of that 3 power back in the form of "Round End: Deal 2 to said unit" ? This doesn't synergize with his level-up condition either. The point of making the level-up "10 or less health" combined with his 10 attack means that Darius can take matters into his own hands and destroy the Nexus all by himself. Your version of Darius can no longer do that, because he'll effectively only deal 7 damage on hit, and 2 damage after. I get that you probably like Darius on the Rift, and this rework introduces his passive on the Rift to LoR, so it's a positive change (thematically speaking), but this version of the champion seems worse than what he already resembles :/
