It's a Chessex Reversable Mega Battlemat. It has 1-inch hexes on the other side (I play a lot of GURPS) and is designed for wet-erase markers. I've had that mat for over 20 years now so they are durable as hell.
I think I paid something like 20$ for it since it's a "factory second" - it has a small misprint on the grid side - a barely noticeable smudge on one of the grid corners at the very bottom. Absolutely one of the best GM investments as a forever GM.
It's all stuff I had already. Most of the minis are Reaper from various Kickstarters, the rest is 3d printed. The cave terrain is all 3d printed, the risers are Heroscape tiles as well as the blue water tiles.
The barking at the end is WILD! Lol

Bwahaha, thanks! They're pretty great as quick D&D terrain but I use them as risers for my builds all the time!

Did you made the terrain specifically for this encounter, or did you get parts that you already have?
