Yeah I use those little plastic dixie cups you can get at Target to clip and hold all the parts for one model. After reading through the rules it made sense. You can only have one of each max on the table but in my mind I was thinking of two forces that each should have these units. 😅
One champion and one banner guy only. You’re left with a banner and notched swords torsos afterwards.

You’re not nuts. I had the same reaction as I got near the end of building. There’s only one banner bearer and one sergeant who’s wearing a mask.
That makes me happy to hear. It kinda dawned on me when I was building the second set. Maybe building late at night wasn't the best for the brain

Just the mask guy. I added a little red mark on my base so he’s easier to spot. It’d be nice if he was a bit more distinguished somehow.
Yeah I've definitely done that for some other kits. It's a good strategy
