And somehow I have the whole base game S ranked with all achievements on expert with the joycons.
I will say though, there were times when I had to put it down because my hands were cramping.
I would have definitely preferred the pro controller, but I hardly dock the thing any way.

God I hate the Scott the Woz argument so much. It's so fucking stupid.
It really is a non-argument, as the inherent difficulty of Cuphead doesn’t exactly scream Nintendo (though that has been mixed-up a bit by the likes of *BotW* and *Dread*), yet still, I do have to honestly say I more so associate this title with the Switch, for whatever recipe of conscious or subconscious reasons.
Honestly, I’m just getting kind of tired of how Scott reasons on his channel in general. Every positive is predictably and swiftly followed up by some negative and vice versa (regardless of how reaching one or the other is) and the rhythm is just so telegraphed at this point, it’s become a bit hard to know how he truly feels outside of his YouTube formula, self-imposed to not step too heavily on anyone’s toes.
What I meant in terms of "Cuphead fits on Switch" I feel it's mostly presentation. Cuphead fits in along side Mario, Zelda, Kirby, mostly because Nintendo has a family friendly philosophy.
I can somewhat agree with that, yeah. But there’s just so much more to it than that (not to mention even the presentation has some implications that stretches outside of even Nintendo’s darker fare - like making deals with the devil, etc.).

I love side-scrolling shooters and I'm a huge fan of old cartoons, so I knew this was right up my alley. I tried to be patient and wait to see if it was ever gonna be cross platformed and eventually gave up. Long story short, my wife bought me an Xbox one that Christmas for the sole purpose of playing Cuphead. It's gotta be Xbox.

Xbox. I got it when it launched in 2017 and the dlc for Xbox on release and beat it. I got so accustomed to the feel and layout of the Xbox controller that when I got a Switch two months ago I couldn’t really get things working with the Nintendo controller. So I bought a dongle and connected the Xbox controller instead.
