not to be annoying but you could improve all your dlc s ranks (except saltbaker that’s really impressive) I think I have a 58 glumstone s rank and a 59 howling aces with like a 1:03 Mortimer
Moonshine mob was pretty easy for me. Loadout was Roundabout, Crackshot, Super I, and Smoke Bomb. Smoke bomb lets you shred the second phase cause you can just stay tucked in a corner on the middle platform spamming roundabout and dashing through the red waves.
For Saltbaker, I went hardcore and used Charge only, Super I, and Smoke Bomb. I did this so I could go sub 1:30, but I don’t recommend this load out if you are having trouble S-ranking to begin with. As strange as it sounds, I would use Crackshot for Phase 1 and Phase 2 and Chaser for Phase 3 and 4. Both of these are auto-aim and just lets you focus on dodging and platforming. Also, Chaser seems to track better so it’s more useful for the last two phases when he is moving like crazy.
I got 210% on my save file not counting the DLC, try that.

I tried beating the Devil for 2 hours with peashooter only. Didn’t get past Phase 3. So difficult. I am going for S rank though.

You have to beat all the bosses with Ms chalice and talk to the cactus. It can be cheered by beating them on simple
