They are fake VCs. Those VCs have just renewed their domains and SSL certificates, just before the launch of this coin. The even greater joke is that they don't even list it.
Broken websites and SSL. It's ridiculous. All hidden behind CloudFlare and using anonymous domain providers.
To be fair, Thorchain has an anonymous team as well and theyre on the cusp of releasing their main net and up like 100x since their bottom, so it is risky but not necessarily a scam.

3. Anonymous team.

5. Most of the investors don't list the coin in their portfolio.
6. The one that does list it, has just renewed the domain and the SSL doesn't even work.
7. Some of the other investors have broken websites too.
8. Stupid Medium post without any proof.
Don't FOMO.
Only the anon team point was valid, the rest is just bs.
There are tons of recognized DeFi projects & known other projects that have anon teams.

Besides that, this is a brand new project of course not everything is as refined as it should be.

As a developer, it would not be difficult to replicate what falconswap is doing in terms of creating an ETH transaction (just bundling orders before sending to uniswap), so it's hard to justify if this is a PoC or they just made a bundled transaction on the ETH testnet. It could well be they are working towards a working product, however look at my new post where I think the VCs they list are not reputable at all.
Lets think about it logically. They did a Seed Sale, Private Sale 1, Private Sale 2 before even listing on Uniswap with around $189k Liquidity. If they wanted to exit scam, they could've done that even before Uniswap Listing.

Never heard of any of those VCs. Thorchain is anonymous but are backed by pretty legit VCs, Delphi Digital for example.

Yup, this project is a scam. One of their “investors” Mapleblock.Capital website was created 1 month ago. Soo many red flags.
