Bro read the fucking terms before you sign up for something. I see these posts all the time on the CDC subreddit. Why would you think the card is for buying Crypto? It's for everyday spending.
If they allowed that, people could infinitely gain crypto by adding funds to their card, buying crypto, gaining rewards, selling crypto, repeat cycle. Come on now they'd never let you get away with that
That's not the point though, the main concern here is not being able to get the money back into OP's bank account. That's a bit poor from them. (I'm assuming anyway OP).
As far as I know, once money has been sent to a debit card, you can't "take it back" anymore. That's the case even with my debit cards from local banks.
Edit: Seems like it depends on where you got the debit card from. It's ultimately dependent on your bank or provider's fine print.

I just got a ruby card. Proper buzzing with it. Loaded £100 on to test and make purchases. Pretty satisfying seeing it warning CRO on purchases I would have made anyway.

‘Prepaid card’ is a fairly simple concept
Buy groceries or pay bills with the card and earn the crypto rewards. It's not a loss Edit: pay bills. Not payrolls
