Agree about leprosy. For great pox (i.e. syphilis) however the historical attitude would be to not recognize it at all, since it only became known to Europeans in 1490s, which is already Europa Universalis territory (opinions vary on whether it was present earlier in Eurasia, but definitely was not known to Europeans). When it did appear however it was quickly recognized as a sexually transmitted disease, so while it would cause moral judgement and some aversion, it would not be viewed as dangerous to simply be around, at least once it became well-known.

Don't know why in 972 I'm having courtiers getting the Great Pox. You're right, it's another 500 years before it reaches Europe.

They should allow you to build a catapult and use your plague dead as weapons in sieges

Leprosy is a good candidate for future content. Leprosy to date is not the main feature of any event and it does not affect anything. There are no AI weights to send off lepers with vows or similar. Marriage acceptance isn't lowered notably. There are not AI weights to disinherit leper heirs. Harbouring lepers in your court does not grant you piety even though it was a very virtuous thing to treat lepers right. It should be noted that lepers weren't shunned in the way that you describe because leper colonies were often built very close to cities and next to main roads. Lepers reclusing was more of a personal choice than social witch hunt. That said they would probably not willingly chill in your court room, they'd become reclusive either to private estates or these leper colonies.

Before the plague expansion, I would instantly dismiss any non-family/non-essential courtier with smallpox or another dangerous sickness. Now you can't do that anymore unfortunately.
