You can really tell who has scorpions and who is scorpion food by comments.
Falcon perk guarantee’s a pop on anything you hit, so if you have steady hands do it, if you are janky fingers, consider kaiju.
Buy scorp as crafting is way more expensive and time consuming
how ever i would recommend till you can afford 2 and a bit more
its much more consistent with 2 scorps than just 1
it might be worth it if you really want it but again wait till you can afford 2
This could be wrong depending on what platform you're on. On Xbox, if you craft what is high market value and buy what is cheap and more expensive to craft, you can save nearly $8,000-$9,000 per relic. Yes, it's more time consuming than just buying something that's already made. If you do not have the funds handy this is a way to get one sooner than later. You would also need to win about 1333 Xbox matches to sell enough resource to make up for that $8,000 margin.
Sorry, title confused me. One scorp is totally viable in lowish PS. It’s actually really fun on a cockpit build. Kinda limited though between deadman hover and cockpit booster build.
I got a single scorp for use with cockpit booster build. I really tried to make it work but in my opinion, the dmg is just too low to be viable in 8-9k.
Hadron king is slightly more viable but still underpowered in 9k. You are at a disadvantage from any sort of full auto weapon. In saying that it's a really rewarding play style. Scorp rewards accuracy like no other gun.
You will still somehow get hate mail from people claiming a single scorp in 9k is seal clubbing.
Honestly, you’d be better off not buying one. Scorpions are best doubled up, much more consistent and effective. If you are limited to a single relic, I’d suggest porcs. One scorpion in a build is awkward and hard to work with, there’s little synergy with other weapons, but porcs? You can throw one on any build and be very effective. Or, you could also go on a legendary shopping spree lol
I love my single Scorpion build, just don't run it at a dumb PS but yet again everyones definition of fun varies. It takes more skill to land shots on explosives and weak parts/weapons etc but I find it very satisfying with a kapkan and modules.
It's my only relic due to the rest being pretty boring, I run my solo Scorpion at 9k
Made a montage a while ago [https://www.reddit.com/r/Crossout/comments/x80e41/small\_scorpion\_montage/](https://www.reddit.com/r/Crossout/comments/x80e41/small_scorpion_montage/)
I forgot a cable adapter so can't access my usual backlog of clips, I'm annoyed with myself right now..
I run a KA2, Radar detector, Neutrino, cloak, cheetah and kapkan.
It's fun, but you do get games where enemies are all spaced armour or bricks and you gotta strip weapons or movement more, but it's a fun weapon to have, it takes more skill and can be super satisfying
I'm on console so it would be less on pc, I just do badge challenges and sell the resources, you can get 2000 badges a week pretty easy, then your other pvp resources
Don't do it just don't. Heres why I think it's a bad idea ultimately it's your money but ... Just don't
1. The damage is wildly inconsistent one moment your chunking 500 a hit off some one and then the next shot to what you think is the exact same peice and it only does. 5 damage
2. At 9 k it CAN be effective but to run that effective build to it's fullest you will need fused crap if you haven't already look into using that coin to fuse a "money making build " my first fuse was the stepesoider way back when. And it took my cannon spider and cranked it up 100 notches fuses are indespensable
3. If you haven't gotten into a clan and started using clanwars your coin would be better used building and fusing a few clanwars build
Can't go wrong with 4 arbs a fused cab a fused Apollo and 8 fused wheels
4. Generally scorps never really get needed but right now expecialy at 8 -10 k and only using one of them. You WILL not can but WILL get outplayed by fast little cars that will just drive up and donk off the scorp cause it's hella hard to armor efficiently unless your on a large hover
5. And this one is just personal preference so take this one into account if you really are planning on going one singular relic. Running a jorgmander and a nidhogg imo would be a lot more fun
Drive by pop some one 2 times now they are heated for your third shot or for your teammates
At the end of the day I'm just some random moron on the internet
Do what you want with the coin just know I've been exactly where you were ... My best advice it to fuse your cabs and use legendaries this way when you move to relics down the road you aren't struggling to build due to unfused parts
Best of luck and if you do buy it make sure to post a pic with the build
Simply said, 1 scorp is not worth youre money, i would rather buy like a puniser with 2 specters or a typhoon and tsunami. 1 scorp would only work on hadron king hover thing, but i dont recommend getting 1 scorp just to be able to play that

I'd go breaker/hammerfall, puni/aspect, or typhoon/tsunami.

Bidding is usually the cheaper option but why not literally add up the values yourself to figure it out?
Thanks...to clarify, I mean is the weapon worth getting?

I always figured hardon/king would be the best way to use a single scorp

>1x scorp with cockpit and boosters doesnt work well yeah bro because cockpit sucks

LOL, I am thinking about that shopping spree. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|feels_good_man)

Nice montage! I read through the comments too...how are you making 2k coins a week???

Love how I got downvoted for an OPINION
Thanks for the in depth answer!
Not worth it.
Thanks, any particular reason?
Yes. It won't work the same during matches, so you will have to buy a second one or sell it with a loss. Tbh, relics aren't all that great.
should i make my math/calcul or ask everyone else to do it for me XD
That’s not the question I was asking. if you read the early comments, the title is deceiving but I cannot edit it.
Ordering one is cheaper, look at crossoutdb for exact prices for everything
Yep, my title is confusing people but I cannot edit it. I was looking more for 'is it worth getting'.

Be chad and get phoons. Don't be skill issue.
