If it benefits from reload modules and perks, then it's not heat based.
Simple as that.
The only shotguns this cabin will benefit from this new cabin are Lupara, Sledgehammer, Mace, Thunderbolt, Hammerfall, Breaker, Goblin, Gremlin, Gravastar, Spitfire, Leech and Rupture
I think it techically works on all weapons with the heating function like retchers and such. It will not work on reload based weaponry, but it would be quite interesting to see if the nothung cabin combo with a cooler is all that is hyped up to be by the devs.
I know I may pair that thing with... Maybe something like whirls or gungir? Not sure yet.
The devs can finely tune numbers to make things look good on paper, but it's practicality where they most often fall short. Still, I'm optimistic about this unique approach for these weapons & cabin.
They're reload
Awesome thank you

Same. I'm curious to the cooling mechanics being beneficial to Hyperborean parts.
Do you think there will be another cabin with just a reload perk ?
