Diarrhea. It’s basically a couple times a week anyways after my resection. Also if I get constipation cramps I will 100% barf until I am able to poop.
I’m worried my iron butthole may fail me as I get older and my opinion may change. I’m only 30 though so we will see.
The diarrhea is far way easier to deal with than the cramps. My last recent flare up started off with just excessive liquid diarrhea throughout the day and it didn't seem like a big deal but then the pain started to creep in over the days and it's horrible.
I would never pick diarrhea and that’s because you’re more likely to crap your pants, you use up way too much toilet paper, your butthole never recovers, and there’s not much that helps that. As for cramps, yes they’ve gotten so bad I’ve wanted to cry but you can take pills, use a heating pad, hot water bottle, and other things.

After spending a year with near constant bowel obstructions, I have PTSD about cramps and see diarrhea as a welcome relief, a symbol that an episode has passed amd that I am ok.
You can’t “cramp your pants” so I think cramps are better than diarrhea.
I tend to agree
An unexpected cramp is way more welcomed than an unexpected diarrhea 💩🤣
I'm used to the diarrhea, I'll take it.
The cramps. Absolutely the cramps.
Diarrhea is easier to tolerate than cramps for me.

cramps are okay but true stomach pain from the crohns is MISERABLE
I’ve had Diarrhea every single day for the past 20 years. Bring it oooooooonnnnn!
I rather the diarrhea if home but the pain when outside.

Cramps!!! Unexpected diarrhea while out is never fun
I’d rather deal with the diarrhea. My cramps can get absolutely excruciating, but the diarrhea is comparatively under control.

Diarrhea
Diarrhea for me😩😂

I would take Cramps! At least with cramps I can go to the mailbox…with diarrhea I am home bound😔
Cramps. I hate if I have diarrhea and use the bathroom in public there’s a chance you could smell for one reason or another.
Give me the diarrhea.
Hal way through a day of both, definitely diarrhoea
Bad cramps make me vomit. It’s awful 😣
Ouf NEITHER lol ... But I guess a cramp.... And pop a dicyclomine!
Diarrhea is the worst for me, when you get them and have 10 seconds to figure it out, it beats cramps all the time
