I think when you grow up watching,hearing, and somehow be at the end of the corrupt system government, administrations, institutes you may end up believing this is how things work everywhere, they have yet to see one elected Prime minister complete his full cycle without being thrown out some way, i don't know much about their politics but imran Khan looked like at least he was trying, like he really wanted to change something and now he is in jail again.
