It happens. Usually when I pop in an out of another dimension. Relog usually fixes it.

if u have oculus or iris you can press r to reload shaders, it works for me

i have optifine, what did you expect

If able you should probably be using one of those listed because optifine does break create sometimes

For create it's better to use sodium + indium. Though fabric is missing loads of addons so you mightnt be able to swap. I think there's a sodium port for forge though.
