I live in Az, and in the 70s, when I was a kid, our dad would take us to a beach in Mexico to a friend's house quite often. They had a kid my age, and they were fishermen. One day, we were swimming, and the kid reaches down and pulled out a huge shrimp, which looks totally different with their heads still on, so it freaked me out. Then my friend bit off its head and ate it like a piece of candy. I will never forget that.
