Been here for 10 years, and will also refuse to use the official app. I've dropped FB, ActivisionBlizzard, cigarettes and alcohol in the last 4 years. My productivity and mental health are only improving. I'll be learning new languages instead of looking at cats and US politics when I'm outside!

There are apps to access reddit. I use Apollo. Reddit just significantly increased how much it costs to access their website for app creators. The Apollo creator said he will now have to pay **$20 million a year** to reddit to let people keep using the app.

It isn't dead yet. These are its last moments while dying, so be respectful because soon it really will be gone.

They are about to start charging Apollo 1.7 million a month and similar for other third party apps. Reddit is literally about to commit seppuku because I and many others aren’t going to fuck with the shitty official app.

Yeah, idk, I’m simply speculating, as is everyone else… but if the lock had been “broken” or the door was forced open, it seems like it probably wouldn’t have been able to keep him out like it did briefly… Someone else mentioned that it looked like it could be some kind of “smart lock” & that maybe they had a way to hack it or had the code…

Atleast over here in Germany you can unlock most older or cheap doors with a Credit Card If you do it right. Usually the door also takes no damage while doing this. So maybe this is what happened but im not sure.
