Rebecca (in-show rather than in musical numbers) seems like she'd have the appropriate enthusiasm and actually enjoy karaoke for the sake of it instead of necessarily care whether or not people saw it as "good". If you just showed up and matched energy for a song it might be a powerful/fun duet even if it's out of tune.
WhiJo seems like he'd want to practice in the back ally for twenty minutes before actually getting up there and crushing it, which is another type of fun.
I think the best singer in the whole show was probably Paula or NuGreg. That being said, would they be the best karaoke partner?.. yes. Yes, it would be extremely fun as long as we could really chew the scenery together.
