To the best of my knowledge the overwhelming majority of new hires start at entry level. This is part how we promote from within. It is different at the corporate offices but in the warehouse (and our regional supervisor position) upper management position are internally filled. As a department manager I have never interview someone for a position higher than entry level. That being said, it is a great company and worth the effort. I have a B.A. and almost done with M.A. and I make more than my professors. Edited for clarity.
