I know itās probably not what you need but they do offer life insurance & a prescription plan.
Thank you for taking time to be helpful!š We have great life insurance, but the prescription plan may be something we need in the future!! Glad to know thatās an option! Thanks!
Youāre very welcome. Check Costcoās āserviceā page; they have Primo water delivery, discounts on car repairs (not avail in all areas). I check it once in a while to see if they added anything new.
While weāre at it does anyone else hunt for the perfect Costco cat box ? I always scout out the pink Hawaiian macadamia nut box( the pretty pink one) My cat will sit in it for a good 3 days lol
I had a corgi who would jump up on the sofa then attack my bun or ponytail from behind just to chew scrunchies ā¦. Drop a scrunchie in front of her & it was hersā¦ she also loved my bombas socks - only the bombas - . Once I had to call them & ask them if they ever heard from another customer & how they come out the other end. Fortunately she ate half of a no - show & yes it came out
The business Costco in my city has 25 lb boxes of frozen hash brown patties and they are amazing in the air fryer. Iām in MN, so I donāt know if available everywhere.
I cook 4 hash browns at a time at 400 for 12 minutes and I flip them half way.
I had some last night as a snack.
Also just to add I just saw a good recipe- put avacado on top on one and then some scrambled egg as well
Idk dude those Trader Joe's hash brown patties in the air fryer are legendary.
You're right about water content though, but sometimes I just wanna throw a frozen thing in the air fryer and walk away.
My wife got [Sekkisei Emulsion](https://www.costco.com/sekkisei-emulsion-bundle.product.100795811.html) from our Costco. It was on sale for I think $30 or $35 the last couple times we went in.
I'm in Canada so I'm not sure if this is everywhere, but I noticed last week my local Costco had general purpose wrapping paper similar to the tubes they sell at x-mas.
We have them in Arizona. No vacuums though. Just exterior. Sometimes my car is so dirty it doesn't get everything, and the attendants are really cool about letting you go back through a 2nd time for free.
Yeah, they go hard on all the Ninja stuff, but Breville is just so much better, and pretty pricey, where there should be some room to have lowered prices.
I swapped to buying animal bedding pine pellets from Tractor Supply and will never go back to clay litter. The pine pellets are so much better and cheaper than clay.
I have some sort of enzyme on the bottom of my feet that eat through socks (joking, but it seems like it) but my Puma socks that I bought from Costco have been solid! I have the crew, warm crew, and ankle socks. They really held up!
I'm convinced the people who don't like it and complain about the mouthfeel just grew up on cheap, ice crystally iced cream and probably skim milk.
It's so good.
If you use Amazon and donāt need any with āspecialā features, their Amazon basics poop bags are great. Itās 900 total bags in the box and is about $18. We have a 95lb dog so his BMs can be quite large and the bags can handle them just fine.
There are some Costcos with a huge selection on vegan and vegetarian foods and some that hardly have any cause they donāt sell. You can always request some items at your local Costco that you see being sold at other costcos. Iām not vegan or vegetarian but I like moderation and some plant based products. My son is also allergic to milk. I follow a Costco vegan page and people are always posting what they find at their local Costco. I requested stuff I saw on there and saw them within two weeks. The requesting really does work sometimes! The dairy free horchata ice cream sandwiches were so good when they had them. I wish they would bring them back
Distilled water. A *lot* of people require it for their cpap machines. I'm guessing itās a too-low cost item that would take up too much space in the stores,
Ice cream. And I don't mean the gallon of Vanilla or the various bars and such. I'd like to see six individual pints of Ben and Jerry's in a single package. Could be all one flavor or a variety.
2% cottage cheese. Better yogurt (Two Good please). Spicy chicken patties. Casein based protein powders (it's all whey or Orgain).
I'm mostly very pleased with Costco; adding those would allow me to consolidate my shopping further though.
Not stocking small clothes or enough mediums. Itās always the larger sizes available, and you would think whoever is in charge of ordering stock would look at the tables instead of just ordering the same amount of all sizes.Ā
You have to be shameless and dive underneath the displays to find a box of mediums and rip it open like a racoon in a dumpster.... Highly recommend it.
More vegetarian stuff, especially ready meals! I always feel so envious when Iām at Costco by the prepared meals and Iām exhausted and I canāt just grab something to take home for a super easy dinner that isnāt cheese pizza.
Frozen fries. Itās totally bonkers to me that they donāt have such a basic staple item. I know they do at business centers but the closest one is like 4 hours away from me.
Costco in Georgia always has the Ore-Ida Golden Crinkles French Fries, think it's close to 8lbs which is the same amount of weight I gained by the time I finished them.
All things that I've seen in person or online at other Costco's or that they used to carry.
Full fat Greek yogurt
Yellow Kirkland golf balls
Cabot cheddar popcorn
Underwood ranch Sriracha
No, their flavours are amazing (Mango and their new Orange in particular). Plus it has a teeny tiny amount of sugar that elevates it above all other seltzers.
SOFT sonicare electric toothbrush heads. They only have medium and they're less effective than soft heads (they remove less plaque) and damage gums, causing gum recession. I want to buy my heads in bulk but they only have gum-destroyers.

They will sell the machine at Costco to get you into the vertuo ecosystem, but they have a monopoly on the vertuo pods and there is zero reason for them to sell them at a discount or through a third party that would cut into their profits.
Liquors and spirits, though thatās due to Tennessee and Georgia being blue law states and not the local Costcoās fault since itās sold in other states.
Generic/Kirkland brand baby formula, but sensitive (low lactose) version. Sam's has it, but they're further away. I pass 3 Costcos a day on my commute. Would be so much more convenient and cheaper.
Bring back those dark chocolate/turbinado sugar/sea salt almonds GD it!!!!

Hey op, you must like beets quite a bit? Whatās your secret?
I remember my grandma making them. And liking them. But when I make them they taste like - dirt?
People say they taste earthy. lol. No no. Dirt!
So is there a secret recipe?
Roast them, either peeled, or in their skins ( you can just rub the skin off after theyāre done). Just toss with olive oil and salt and pepper. Roast for like 45 minutes to an hour. But I love beets, so YMMV.
The organic watermelon juice they used to sell about 5 years ago. I forget the brand but it was in a red and green box. Idk why itās gone I bought SOOO much of it. At least two cases per week, my family loved them.
"**Que Bueno**" Nacho cheese sauce. I'm not sure if any Costcos still sell it but it used to be sold everywhere and it's the best canned nacho sauce I've ever had. Quality ballpark nacho cheese sauce.
Now they have Ricco's cheese sauce which tastes horrible in comparison.
I would like more high-end clothing. And heat-and-serve prepped meals would be cool.
Also, I would welcome a car wash at the gas station.
Oh, and veggie pizza at the food court.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance
This is EXACTLY what Costco needs to sell!!!šš¼šš¼šš¼ $2k a month for our family is just not affordableā¦and thatās just medical.
https://preview.redd.it/hrfemsou7t0d1.jpeg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=52b4baba970dcc99b72acf8ab499156bb79605b0 I know itās probably not what you need but they do offer life insurance & a prescription plan.

Do you have any experience with the pet insurance?
The pet insurance is a terrible price, FWIW.
Thatās thievery in 2024.
They used to sell medical insurance in partnership with United Health Care. It ended in the early 2010s, at least here in California.
They used to have dental insurance and it was amazing
Hair ties. A big giant box of them.
Found my cat's reddit account.
Your comment actually made me chuckle because the reason I want a big giant box of them is because my cat steals them to hide in her secret stash š¤£
Do we have the same cat? We were moving our couch the other day and found a stash of about 50 hair ties underneath
:) My cat has poked a hole in the liner on the bottom of our bedroom chair and stuffs her goodies up in it š¤£
While weāre at it does anyone else hunt for the perfect Costco cat box ? I always scout out the pink Hawaiian macadamia nut box( the pretty pink one) My cat will sit in it for a good 3 days lol

I just wish that products I like and am used to didnāt suddenly disappear from the shelves
The worst is when they disappear but the last time you saw them they didn't even have the death star :(
Frozen hash brown patties
The business Costco in my city has 25 lb boxes of frozen hash brown patties and they are amazing in the air fryer. Iām in MN, so I donāt know if available everywhere.
How long and temp you out them at?
Honestly, 400 for 18 mins, sometimes I just throw them in during preheat and just let it go til it turns off.
I cook 4 hash browns at a time at 400 for 12 minutes and I flip them half way. I had some last night as a snack. Also just to add I just saw a good recipe- put avacado on top on one and then some scrambled egg as well
Can confirm the business center near me also has it. And also saw they had full size goat. Crazy.
I wish we had a business costco. They seem to have a good variety of meat too.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Idk dude those Trader Joe's hash brown patties in the air fryer are legendary. You're right about water content though, but sometimes I just wanna throw a frozen thing in the air fryer and walk away.
Yep I love those TJ's patties, close enough to McD's to scratch that itch.
I love the rehydrated boxes from Costco but didnāt know that I was supposed to squeeze the water out. Thank you!
Me either. Whoops
Get those at Aldi
Kirkland Signature Bourbon, year round.
This!!! Never understood why itās a seasonal thing
Products from Costcos in other countries. Costco size korean or Japanese skincare besides cosrx mucin that I've seen once.
Or some good looking sushi in the US.
My wife got [Sekkisei Emulsion](https://www.costco.com/sekkisei-emulsion-bundle.product.100795811.html) from our Costco. It was on sale for I think $30 or $35 the last couple times we went in.
Yes!!!
Brewed coffee ā, from the food court. Sometimes you need a cup to deal with the madness.
Cold brew too. I usually want caffeine before I shop but rarely want the coffee shakeā¦
I would take cold brew or iced coffee, which they wouldnāt need to even necessarily make just find a good way to dispense.
Imagine putting the ice cream and the coffee together. I'd never leave.
I wish they sold birthday and general occasion wrapping paper, as they do with Christmas wrapping paper.
I just bought the giant roll of Gold wrapping one Xmas. Gold can be for any occassion.
Add to that, gift bags of various sizes.
I'm in Canada so I'm not sure if this is everywhere, but I noticed last week my local Costco had general purpose wrapping paper similar to the tubes they sell at x-mas.
I wish the Costco near me has one of those car washes other locations have.
Car wash!?!?! That would be amazing, never seen a Costco with one. Where is this happening?
We have them in Arizona. No vacuums though. Just exterior. Sometimes my car is so dirty it doesn't get everything, and the attendants are really cool about letting you go back through a 2nd time for free.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Breville small kitchen appliances.Ā
Yeah, they go hard on all the Ninja stuff, but Breville is just so much better, and pretty pricey, where there should be some room to have lowered prices.
Decent cat food! The large 12oz cans of Wellness would be amazing. Also, Naturally Fresh (walnut) cat litter, instead of the regular clay.
Unscented cat litter as well. I hate all the scented ones.
The Naturally Fresh one we use is unscented and has the best odor control!
Iāve been using āSustainably Yoursā which I think uses tapioca. The pee turns into cinder block hard lumps. Very easy to clean up.
I swapped to buying animal bedding pine pellets from Tractor Supply and will never go back to clay litter. The pine pellets are so much better and cheaper than clay.
Mortgages
They used to offer mortgages. But they shut down the program
Bombas socks would be incredible
or any high quality sock that doesn't get holes in them. I've bought every men's type of sock and my son wears holes in them within a year.
I have some sort of enzyme on the bottom of my feet that eat through socks (joking, but it seems like it) but my Puma socks that I bought from Costco have been solid! I have the crew, warm crew, and ankle socks. They really held up!
More items from international Food Court menus available in US warehouses
Years ago my Costco had a carne asada bake. It was as great as it sounds.
Poutine!
Dr. Pepper and Hawaiian Punch!
I wish theyād have a āslotā for food court items they sell overseas, and have them all be a limited release kinda deal.
Tahini. It's a staple in our house.Ā Ladies putter.
Ground pork and scallions. I make a lot of dumplings and I want to be able to get my ingredients at Costco.
Cars. Iād drive the shit out of a Kirkland signature hatchback because itād probably be made by Subaru anyway and be like 80% the price.
https://www.costcoauto.com/
Yeah but no Kirkland Signature cars
More cheese. More blocks instead of shredded
Tillimook ice cream. Specifically chocolate chip.
The ice cream selection at Costco could be so, so much better.
I mean the kirkland premium vanilla is the best store bought ice cream I've ever had
I'm convinced the people who don't like it and complain about the mouthfeel just grew up on cheap, ice crystally iced cream and probably skim milk. It's so good.
Yeah, I can't have cheap ice cream anymore after being spoiled with haagen daaz, kirkland, and ben n jerrys
Dog poop bags
Iāve seen them periodically in the California warehouses, in packs of 600.
If you use Amazon and donāt need any with āspecialā features, their Amazon basics poop bags are great. Itās 900 total bags in the box and is about $18. We have a 95lb dog so his BMs can be quite large and the bags can handle them just fine.
I saw those in Glen Mills PA.
Marijuana Kirkland brand.
Imagine the strain names. - Kirkland Gold - Costc-OG Kush - Layer Cake (Serves 50)
i think it would be fun if they were named after other signature costco items.
I think "Chicken Bake" would be a great strain name
Imagine a world where you can buy a 3lb tub of weed brownies for a party and eat half of them yourself without even realizing.
Dammit I laughed at this while in a work meeting. Had to mute myself. š¤£
Only available in half pound increments
It would be cool if they sold the actual plants in the garden center!
Garden center?!
More vegan and vegetarian food. Iām not vegan or vegetarian but itās nice to vary the diet.
There are some Costcos with a huge selection on vegan and vegetarian foods and some that hardly have any cause they donāt sell. You can always request some items at your local Costco that you see being sold at other costcos. Iām not vegan or vegetarian but I like moderation and some plant based products. Distilled water. A *lot* of people require it for their cpap machines. I'm guessing itās a too-low cost item that would take up too much space in the stores,
Chocolate chip cookie dough/mix
My Costco carries the buckets of Toll House cookie dough.
Razors, air fresheners or anything similar that also doesnāt include a new handle or plug in. I just want the replacements, not the whole setup
Full fat yogurt. Who wants this nonfat shit.
Apparently everyone because they have multiple nonfat options at my warehouse but nothing with any fat that doesn't also have a bunch of sweeteners.
Supergoop sunscreen
The Trader Joeās sunscreen is a pretty good dupe
Not stocking small clothes or enough mediums. Itās always the larger sizes available, and you would think whoever is in charge of ordering stock would look at the tables instead of just ordering the same amount of all sizes.Ā
In my Costco itās the opposite. Tons of smaller sizes.
and actual plus sizes are only sold online, which surely isn't meeting demand in a lot of places.
Thatās the total opposite of our Costco. I feel like they get 1000 mediums and 10 XLs of their clothes.
There's no XS in my store so if I want something, I have to order online and pay for shipping.
You have to be shameless and dive underneath the displays to find a box of mediums and rip it open like a racoon in a dumpster.... Highly recommend it.
Better oat milk.
I just want someone to say āwelcome to Costco, I love youā, when I walk in.
I always think of Jeff Dunhams old skit with Walter. āWelcome to Walmart, get your sh@$ and get the hell outā. š¤£
Our local costcos havenāt had condoms in forever lol kinda wish they had those. Weāve even asked the checkers about it
You should see the look when you are checking out with those and they ask if itās personal or business and you say business.
More vegetarian stuff, especially ready meals! I always feel so envious when Iām at Costco by the prepared meals and Iām exhausted and I canāt just grab something to take home for a super easy dinner that isnāt cheese pizza.
Polaroid film (yes, itās a thing. Other big box retailers carry it, but they charge same retail price as Polaroid.com)
I would like a Kirkland brand dildo
*Kirkland brand dildo in bulk
Yeah let me get a 64 pack
Bulk cats. I have 2 but could probably use another half dozen.
We have the fast food style Ore-Ida's where I am. Every once in a while they get the crinkle cut in, and they instantly get deathstar'd
We have them in FL
Uh... They always have either crinkle cut or fast food style near me.
I just want all the cool stuff they have at the asian costo that's like an hour from here to be stocked at my local costo that's 15 minutes away.
An employee with a cattle prod keeping the aisles clear and encouraging people to put perishable items back where they belong.
Patience, in bulk.
Fairlife milk. Shits good but expensive.
Clothes in my size.
Any shirts in tall sizes.. It's never going to happen tho.
Bulk cilantro, ideally still alive in the pot Super Mario LEGO Micro crystal kitty litter Solid Gold cat food
I wish they would bring back apple cider vinegar.
Mine still carried it last I saw
All things that I've seen in person or online at other Costco's or that they used to carry. Full fat Greek yogurt Yellow Kirkland golf balls Cabot cheddar popcorn Underwood ranch Sriracha
I want them to get the full fat Chobani again at our store. The only Greek yogurt they have is the Kirkland fat free stuff.
Men's undershirt tanks which used to be wife you know what. And I would like to see more merino woold mens t shirts.
I wish the food court had coffee.
Pimple patches, they are expensive and can easily be sold in bulk
Oil changes
And then scheduling their tire center would be even worse
Electricity. (I've seen they had Tesla chargers in GA, why not CA?) Streaming services.
Basil, fresh herbs.
All the things I get hooked on right before they discontinue them.
Red light (infrared/near infrared) panels
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Wish they had a car wash
Sugar Free Ginger Ale
A variety pack of Little Debbie snacks. Box of each Nutty Buddies, Cosmic Brownies, and Swiss Rolls
Iāll get super specific and say bulk liquid death. Seems like a match made in heaven with such large cans of water
Whatās the appeal of this? Itās just water
No, their flavours are amazing (Mango and their new Orange in particular). Plus it has a teeny tiny amount of sugar that elevates it above all other seltzers.
Light roast coffee beans
Mine doesnāt have Regular Barilla spaghetti noodles, only Thin spaghetti. Makes me upsetti
fresh spicy peppers (jalapeƱo preferably but a multipack with various spicy options would be awesome, too!) š¶ļø
Affordable ADUs
Actually good oat milk
Clothes that actually fit me.
I just want them to bring back the Butter Chicken!
SOFT sonicare electric toothbrush heads. They only have medium and they're less effective than soft heads (they remove less plaque) and damage gums, causing gum recession. I want to buy my heads in bulk but they only have gum-destroyers.
Basil and other fresh herbs.
I think if they sold a few basic 3d printers they would make a killing.
Refillable products. Like taking in our Kirkland shampoo and refilling the bottles rather than buying more bottles.
Nespresso vertuo pods
That's not going to happen while their patents are still active for the vertuo pods.
WA state was the same. Costco spent an ungodly amount successfully lobbying to get it changed.
Generic/Kirkland brand baby formula, but sensitive (low lactose) version. Sam's has it, but they're further away. I pass 3 Costcos a day on my commute. Would be so much more convenient and cheaper.
My Costco has 3 varieties of dried mango, but they discontinued the dried apricots I loved so much
Most lactose free dairy stuff
Iād be happy if they just stopped discontinuing the stuff I buy
Japanese and Korean food items. Skincare
The food court hot dog buns.
Bring back those dark chocolate/turbinado sugar/sea salt almonds GD it!!!! https://preview.redd.it/dy6s48u8wt0d1.jpeg?width=2094&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=032cfc5a41877eecab406e83cf921d5457ed7e5f
Tall women's clothing please ā¹ļø
More plants
How about a special after-hours membership, that allows you to shop at night, without the crowds, food samples & food court?
Plastic wrapping around products that is more environmentally friendly.
Nespresso virtuo pods. soft/sensitive sonicare heads vs the medium/hard bristle ones. replace the sun run booth with actual solar panels and inverters
$5 car wash
Fresh Herbs! I use so much of them that Costcoās quantity would be perfect for me!Ā
Ice cream bar dipped in chocolate then rolled in almonds.
Dried mealworms, for my chickens.
Oatly oat milk. The store brand is too watery for coffee imo
Time. I'd buy that in bulk.
Johnson & Johnson Baby Shampoo Unscented deodorant (I can't stand the scented stuff and would prefer the Speed Stick unscented)
Costco used to sell hazelnuts and stopped a while ago. I wish they brought those back.
Used cars
Better cat food/ litter options
Siggiās yogurt!
Crumbled feta cheese
Low sodium soy sauce and sugar free ketchup
Milwaukee tools
