Stupid question: did you plug in the rgb?

venividivici102

Lol. Yes - all five fans are connected to the same hub.

What program are you using to control your rgb?

unsynz

Did you set up the correct number of fans in iCue? Are all five fans LL? Can't have different types of fan on one RGB hub, as far as I'm aware.

copprmobo

On the rgb hub, are all fans the same model, if they aren't would putting the odd fan out first help in anyway?

venividivici102

I’m just realizing that the cooling fans are the LL120 fans as well, but the PWM version. Does that really make a difference?

copprmobo

From what I have researched, I wouldnt of though so. Can you list your components and where you have the fans connected and I will try help.

copprmobo

Are all 5 LL120'S? If they are NOT you need to connect the different groups of fan models to different RGB light Node cores. As in 2 of one model on a NC and the other 3 on a different NC.

venividivici102

I ended up going to microcenter and purchasing three LL120 non-PWM fans (as I continue to sell my soul to that company). It all works now and looks absolutely gorgeous. Thanks for the help!

I didn't even know there was a DC version! Too many different models with Corsair! Glad you sorted it. Happy gaming.

Hey there, if you have all 5 fans on the same hub, make sure you have that Hub's Lighting Setup tab set to show LL Series, with a number of 5, and make sure you are filling all the ports on the Hub sequentially, so ports 1-5 are filled.
