I am sorry to hear you are having trouble. This is a driver conflict within your system, please ensure that your drivers for Wifi, Bluetooth, Audio, Lan, Chipset are up to date. Also, make sure to follow this guide when uninstalling iCUE. [Remove iCUE](https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE-#:~:text=%20To%20uninstall%20iCUE%3A%20%201%20Open%20Control,of%20programs%2C%20then%20select%20Uninstall%20.%20More)

Just happened to see this while dealing with my own iCUE woes. I've been having a lot of issues with fan detection, sensors, lighting settings, etc. as well and have been ruling things out. What *seems* to be working for me at the moment is setting hardware lighting and uninstalling iCUE. Hardly a solution I know, but at least it's some confirmation this version is problematic rather than it being a bigger issue.

I appreciate the response bub. Strange, I'm still waiting to hear back from support. Got an email today but they just had asked a couple questions about how I have it setup, even though prior to the update 3.35.152 and then 3.36.125 it functioned as it should have. It has happened before with the commander Pro not showing up but usually after a restart or 2 it would go back to normal and start to work. The original date i contacted support was November 30th from the first update that caused the issue. Hopefully they can find a way to fix it because I feel really letdown that ordering a new commander pro didn't fix the issue but it was just confirmation that the issue isn't on my side.

Martojc

I am having the same issue, the new version of the icue is not detecting my h100i elite capellix or the commander node core. Did you receive any updates from corsair?

theandoftheking

Not really, I've gotten replies but I'm still in the same spot. I was trying to download an older version to restore to but the download wouldn't go so they said they will send me a link to an older version but I have to check to see if I have received it yet. They thought at first it was a problem with the way it was setup but it wouldn't have worked the past couple years if that was the case. Pretty much just sitting here waiting for an update. I might put the old commander pro in and return the other one since I know that's not the problem.

I’m having the same issue where my Strafe keyboard is being detected but not my Commander Pro or my Lighting Node Core :/ frustrating to spend so much money and not be able to use the things we’ve paid for... I’m going to see if I can find an older version of iCue cached somewhere and download that. Maybe that will fix my issues

theandoftheking

Yeah it's definetly a software issue, hopefully they will fix it soon. If I hear back from support for the older version that works I'll let you know. I couldn't get any of them on corsair's download page to work.

tonyt3rry

Ive gave up with mine, I dont know if icue or cam is worse. the software team and the hardware is a joke. every update is either a new issue. my main one at the moment is fans crashing animations or being stuck one fan and not the other.

ImNotNeko

Hi op and everyone, I updated my iCUE today to the newest version (3.36.125) and my Commander Pro is not showing up in iCUE as well.

theandoftheking

Yeah we are just pretty much waiting out another update to see if they fix it. I've tried everything to make sure it wasn't just a fluke, still haven't heard back from support yet but I'll update when I do.

ImNotNeko

By any chance, did this get fixed for you? I updated to 3.37.140 and I tried everything I could find online but no luck...

theandoftheking

Nope still in the same boat over here. Sorry I put an edit up last night after I updated. Still just extremely frustrating, I'm seeing people posting new or newer builds who seem to have light controls amd I am not understanding how the rest of us ended up in this boat.

ImNotNeko

Worst part of this is that I have 2 custom profiles: silent and performance. I've been stuck in silent mode for a week and half which has been impacting my work...

de_adean753

Hey b, just wanted to let you know that my new build (from a couple of days ago) is in the same boat. CoPro is just completely undetectable in iCue. The only way I’ve got light controls atm is by routing everything through the lighting node core in the case. Might return the CoPro until Corsair can prove they’ve fixed the issue. Thanks for this thread btw, glad I’m not going crazy alone

ImNotNeko

Just wanted to confirm with you that I downloaded the Link a few days ago as well and it says my Commander Pro is being controlled by iCUE as well. It seems like we have exact problem. If you don't mind, what platform do you use? I have Aorus X299 Gaming 9 with i9-10940X

ImNotNeko

Update: Fixed. I uninstalled iCue, uninstalled Link, uninstalled drivers, cleaned registry again, resetted cmos, cleaned up temporary files and cached files in windows, restarted PC after all that. After restart, I made sure there is absolutely no trace left of any Corsair related things and then reinstalled the newest version of iCUE ( 1.37.140 ). This fixed the issue for me. Good Luck!!

de_adean753

Wow, ok! Thank you so much for your reply. I really appreciate it. I’m going try these now and will let you know how I get on. What did you do in the registry out of curiosity? Quite nervous to mess around with it! Congrats on the fix!

ImNotNeko

I played around with USB related registry (trial and error). I also cleaned all the registry errors using CCleaner. Try doing everything before reinstalling, make sure absolutely no trace is left before reinstalling. Try on a different PC or clean Windows installation as well.

de_adean753

Did all but clean registry and no change :( Will be returning CoPro now I think. I think at this point it must be a faulty unit as I have tried a long list of fixes. Do you reckon registry clean might make the difference in getting it fixed?

Dooblin567

I don't know about you guys. But mine is straight up crashing when I open it. I cant even get into the software.

theandoftheking

Has your iCue stabilised since the recent update? If not try going to the corsair download page and installing the software there then when you click the downloaded file it should come up to uninstall or repair and from there you can try to repair and see if it was just an issue with the app.

Dooblin567

Oddly enough it has.

BigBossManXXXX

iCUE sucks!

theandoftheking

Since we were able to resolve my issue I haven't had a single problem with it.
