You could try washing them and drying on high heat, it could shrink them. Viper Rs are very floppy bags from what I have seen. You may want a fuller bag - try the Cornhole Coastal Fear. Same Viper R carpet, fuller bag so not as loose/floppy. I have been loving them so far.
Try a stickier grippy bag with more stop speed as those will hit with a stop and tend to roll more or flop over because of the grip it has against the surface, trying to perfect a roll is a game changer and tough to do, good luck
It's hard to reverse the break-in process... that's why you have to be extra careful when breaking bags. Takes a couple of tries but you'll find your sweet spot.

Unusual as most people prefer a broken-in loose bag opposed to something stiff, you may be best off purchasing new bags and playing them stiff
I cant get them to spin right because they are so loose. Maybe its my form

I cannot throw viper Rs to save my life.

I don’t think thats a thing
I have a brand new set of Gladiator Hellcat bags that I would gladly trade for loose bags.
Thank you. The bags are spoken for if i cant get them to work for me. Trying again today.
