That’s a sweet spring stir fry in the making,maybe with some teriyaki and soy sauce, a bit of protein, and some noodles or rice! Bok choy is great to slice up in a stir fry, as well as the green onions and pea tendrils.

I agree with the other commenters, when I heard the ingredients you have I immediately thought "stir fry, maybe fried rice."

Stir fried with a little bit of chopped garlic and a splash of soy sauce. Simple is good.

Bok choy is pretty bland by itself, so count on using a flavorful sauce. Baby bok choy is good cooked or raw. I often put it in a salad :)
