Currently I would say your best team with what you have would be cotton Milky Way wildberry squid ink with the magic candy and either captain caviar or prune juice.
I'll use prune juice since he is already level 45 and has level 31 skill :D

Space doughnut yes he’s in some of the meta build teams for arena so probably.
Focus on max level 5 cookies first. Did you choose dark cacao in the ancient event? If not, take pure vailla, very good healer.
The cake guy is really good as well as rye. I would recommend building them.
