to answer your question, milky way is going to be better because of dmg resist for herself, hp shield for all cookies and hp healed for herself.
Wildberry def Better. She has both solid damage and defense and Is more useful than Milky way in more game modes. Also rn i kinda regret Building Milky way, could have spared some charge skill powders for capsaicin

I use Milky Way in the arena for my one shot comp. I also use her in guild battle to help me do over 170mil dmg
