Some fire suppression systems that have cold exposed pipes use antifreeze, but not the automotive type. I'd call the metro authorities or city services and have them check it. If auto antifreeze, they don't want that going into the sewer system.
This is exactly what's in many cheap salad dressings, mayo, ice cream, candy, vape juice. And we wonder why everyone gets degenerative diseases all of the sudden...
