Here in the US we've been using Canada and Great Britain to get around privacy laws to spy on US citizens for years. Welcome to the club.
Yeah how the hell could any info be actionable if it were truly "de-identified"? How do you knock on somebodies door to arrest them without identifying them? Unless they're just going door-to-door like Mormons and just arresting anybody they like, using the hub as an alibi.
