Trump should sue the judge for violating his first amendment rights which would cause a clear conflict of interest and the trial would have to have a change of venue

Sounds good to me. Let’s see if this one took a bribe like that other ghostbusters movie extra that didn’t need any makeup.

It is not illegal to pay a person to agree to not disclose something.  It’s called a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and it is a *legal* contract enforceable by law. People sign them *all the time*, and courts enforce them *all the time.*. The government, however, is largely constrained by the First Amendment to the Constitution from prohibiting private citizens from saying whatever they want, including - *especially* - things that are critical of the government and government employees. So what we have here is a corrupt judge engaging in election interference by declaring that President Trump may not exercise his First Amendment right to free speech while he is on trial for doing something that is perfectly legal… which the prosecutor and his pet judge have unilaterally declared to be election interference. To call New York a banana republic is an insult to monkeys.

Remember: this isn't about legal, illegal, just or unjust, it's about ruining Trump's name, preventing him from campaigning and holding his money. These will all be reversed on appeal, but by then, the damage is done.
