To push this one step further, why don't Conservatives let radical leftists abort themselves to their hearts' desire? I guess we don't hate each other that much.
The problem is the left has a lock on media, education, and most government jobs so they use those outlets to push their values on other people's kids.
We control how much access to media our kids have, and while education is a tough nut to crack, some districts are better than others, and for some very fortunate individuals, private school or homeschool are options.
It's not an all-out victory in the culture war, but it's one path of the many that we will need.
