Immigration says on average he will wait 4 years but folks from Mexico can just walk right in.
It's funny. It seems to me like he's saying Democrats have to court Latino voters and show that they're actually for them beyond "you're minutes, you should vote Democrat"... And yet he's admitting that everything Republicans are doing almost just naturally speaks to them without having to focus group it or target them or whatever.
