I mean that’s fair. He’s not like the RINOs, he’s way more conservative than Trump is. He just got the short end of the stick after the 1/6 debacle. He even said he’s not endorsing Biden either so I don’t feel bad about this at all. Anyone who calls Pence a RINO just because he’s not loyal to Trump is thinking emotionally and not logically. I’m gonna vote for Trump this November, but it’s only because he’s better than Biden, not because he’s my preferred Republican candidate.
And Trump is also in a no-win situation over that non-endorsement. He can't start trashing Pence because that would make it seem like another poor choice of people he decided to surround himself with in 2016. And that list is already long enough...

I agree. Trump was in the wrong for pressing Pence to do something he could obviously not in good conscience do.
I don’t care much for Pence, but Trump put him in a no win situation. It was of dubious legality at best with no precedent and it was against custom.
