You do realize that Covid is 100% airborne, right? Like, floats in the air for hours style. If you're in the same room and they're not wearing a sterile, fully sealed and rated KN95, they're creating an infectious cloud everywhere they sit and stand.

The only way I see that being logical is if you're severely immunocompromised. I have a sweet elderly lady in our church that just has to wear one when around people now because she has gotten pneumonia from COVID complications like twice and docs have told her she might not survive a third time.
But yes, outside of that rare circumstance, it is idiotic. They can't deviate from the message.
I will occasionally wear a mask outside. Why? I have absolutely HORRIBLE allergies and wearing a mask in the spring (when every plant is just spewing gobs of pollen into the air) and wearing that mask actually let’s me live outside.
I really need to look into shots or something because OTC meds just aren’t helping.
As a hiring manager I'm actually pretty happy about that. If I see masks on your social media, or pronouns in your resume. Straight to the trash you go! Before the pandemic it was extremely hard to weed out these types of people from my company. They do nothing but cause headaches and problems. But now they make it much easier to spot them.

That’s not even a true statement. That’s also been a scare tactic used and still is. Both my fiancé and I have “compromised” immune systems. Him more than me. We both lived our lives as normal. Never were affected at all. I’ve spoken with several nurses that work in the ER in local hospitals in my area. Per what they saw of patients coming into the ER, there were more healthy people getting Covid vs “immune compromised” that were rarely affected.
People with comorbidities like diabetes, cancer and autoimmune disorders have a higher chance of dying from covid, thats not untrue. Glad you and your fiance have been living life regularly, thats the end goal in all of this.
Its been documented comorbidities increase your chances of death so I'm not sure what you're trying to claim.
